Judah Earl is the main antagonist of The Crow: City of Angels. He was the king of the criminal underworld and ordered the deaths of Ash and his son Danny. He would later use magic to kill the crow and use it to steal the Crow's power. Ash arrives and saves Sarah who had been captured by him earlier on. Judah kills Sarah and injures the crow injuring Ash. Ash soon gained conscience and had multiple crows fly through Judah killing him.
