Tower Qmoevas are Mission Exclusive enemies in Xenoblade Chronicles X. They are Ganglion Qmoevas and can be found at level 30 in Primordia's Bedrock Hold during route B of Blitzkrieg. They are part of an onslaught of enemies that must be defended against for five minutes.
