Extra Secret Parallel Rare (エクストラシークレットパラレルレア Ekusutora Shīkuretto Parareru Rea), is a rarity introduced in the OCG's Dimension Box Limited Edition. Cards have all the characteristics of Extra Secret Rare (i.e. holographic rainbow card name, Secret Rare foil treatment over the entire card surface except the text box and part of the main image) but have a coating which makes the whole surface reflect. Currently, there are 4 Extra Secret Parallel Rare cards: "Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon", "Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon", "Clear Wing Synchro Dragon" and "Starving Venom Fusion Dragon".
