The Sous Chef was an exile who used to work under the famed exile known as the Chef. TheSousChef realized the Chef's talent for manipulating the code and wanted to put it to use: making viruses and weapons that would allow them to rule the Matrix. However, the Chef only wanted to make exquisite meals and pastries. The Sous Chef quit working for the Chef, planning to kill his former master and to become head chef of the Matrix.
