Kosuke Fujishima is the creator, author and illustrator of Oh My Goddess. Apart from that, he is best known for his first original manga You're Under Arrest which debuted in 1986, two years before Oh My Goddess. He is known for his love of automobiles and motorcycles, and several of his series and their characters reflect this, such as in éX-Driver and Oh My Goddess!.
