Absol (アブソル) is a highly popular and sought Pokémon. It features a lot of merchandise, not only from general Advanced Generation releases, but also as the supporting star of the 6th and 17th Pokémon movies. Competition between fellow collectors can be fierce, and like some Hoenn Pokémon, items can be difficult to find or even have yet to be discovered. Since the introduction of it's Mega evolution, it's popularity has only increased.
