Dinobot II is the second clone of Dinobot. He was built by Megatron using a fragment of Rampage's spark. He is in Transmetal form, which the original Dinobot never turned into. He remained evil until Rampage was killed by Depth Charge. From here, he turned good, refusing to attack the Maximals, and he informed them of the existence of an Autobot shuttle, enabling them to return to Cybertron. As Megatron was captured, Dinobot II was killed when the cockpit of the Nemesis exploded.
