Tiny Joseph is a rather small henchman in the Monarch's employ who was first seen in A Very Special Christmas where he planted a bomb set to go off when the baby Jesus in the nativity scene was placed in the Manger. Later in Powerless in the Face of Death he is seen in prison where he writes a tiny note for the Monarch that he puts on a butterfly and sets free, but is caught by the Guild. Later in that same episode, he is fired out of the Monarch's improvised dart launchers at one of the security guards. In Pomp and Circuitry, a shelf of files with his name on it can be seen in The Guild of Calamitous Intent record archives.
