The Spencer Mansion is a location in the Resident Evil series. It is the setting of Resident Evil. It was commisioned by Ozwell E. Spencer and designed by George Trevor. It has any traps and false rooms, which can prove to be deadly if extreme caution is not exercised. Deep within the Mansion is a research facility. The Mansion Incident was the first spark of a long-running chain of events that resulted in [[Umbrella]s downfall.
