The Flashy Mushroom Sticker is a Sticker from Paper Mario: Sticker Star. It recovers 80 HP, but if you do an "Excellent" move, the sticker will recover 99 HP (All). It can't be found in any worlds, but you can buy it in Decalburg for 50 Coins.
