Not much was revealed of Tula originally other than the fact that she loves to travel, hoping that one day, she will take a worldwide tour (despite being a plant and lacking legs). In Peggle Blast, she is given a more emphasized persona. She is shown to be very kind and friendly, as well as being a very optimistic individual, Hoping that soon, the rain will end in her part of the world in game. Fnord despises her because he thinks that she is too sweet, however she refuses to back down against his taunts and remains courageous in the battles against him.
