Void Essence is dropped by Flesh Atronachs when killed. However, summoned Flesh Atronachs will not drop this. Compared to other "salts" of Atronachs, Void Essence is purely beneficial, and consuming it will bestow the wielder with a short burst of strength as the life essence surges through them.
