N. Brio's Mutation Formula is a potion that he drinks to become a mutant and again to change back. It first appeared in the boss fight against N. Brio in Crash Bandicoot, in which he drinks it to become a giant monster. It appears again in Crash Twinsanity where he teams up with N. Tropy who instructs him to "get changed". This time, it transforms him into a huge frog creature. It appears once more in Mind over Mutant where it is revealed to be highly addictive. Cortex drinks it to become Mutated Cortex in the final boss.
