Jose Gomez, Jr. (born November 23, 1994), better known by his stage name Jay P. or Petey, is an American rapper. Jay P. started rapping at the age of 15. During his winter vacation in the year 2009, he began recording his own songs. Between 2009 - 2010, he made collaborations with rappers Anto and Daniel. He also worked with Big Dro and Mad Mario, both cofounders of Mad Mario Productions, in 2012. He released his first mixtape, The Mixtape, in 2010. Another one of his mixtapes, History In The Making, is currently on hold. He is currently working on his third mixtape, To Begin With...
