Jander was a male Toydarian hailing from the Mid Rim world Ord Mantell. A contact for agents of the Zann Consortium, he was stationed in Worlport during the Galactic Civil War. He was contacted by Venlana Sipal and assigned to meet with agents of the Consortium in relationship to an investigation into the Veiled Sorority. Reaching out to Illo Vandin, Jander arranged a meeting between the Consortium's agents and the famed gambler.
