Mitchell is enrolled in the Elementary School as a C student. Outside of his home, he is friends with Sarah Holden, Joaquin Dorsey, Josie Crane, Fausto Vasquez and acquainted with Cornell Evans and Marina Vasquez. He does not have any skill learned at the start of the game.
