G0-M0 was originally constructed to serve as a protocol and personal assistance droid. Built at Holowan Laboratories the class was designed to replace the older etiquette models but a malfunctioning in their core system caused all of them to deactivate themselves and they could not be repaired. Later during the Jedi Civil War, he aided Rowlbacca and traveled with him aboard the Ebon Sparrow.
