The Action Hero line is a return to a consistent 5" scale which began by featuring characters from Super Megaforce. It soon began expanding to a series of Red Rangers and Sixth Rangers, and later on to Dino Charge. The sculpt was later adapted by Japan for its Ninninger series under the brand Action Series. The line also includes what were initially considered Legacy action figures before the scale was dropped in favor of the new Legacy Collection. It is currently the base type of action figure scale for the current seasons.
