Charlene "Charlie" Dupray is a Sheriff stationed in Grayson County who appeared in the Season 1 episode, The Good Samaritan (episode) where she helped the team arrest Laura Seeger and her twin sister who were both responsible for killing Navy personnel. Afterwards, it was revealed that Charlie had been re-elected as Sheriff Grayson County for another year much to the shock of NCIS agents Anthony DiNozzo and Caitlin Todd.
