Besides his Star Trek appearances he played a video camera assistant in the romantic comedy film Funny About Love (1990), which was directed by Leonard Nimoy and featured Trek guest stars Andrew Hill Newman, Paul Collins, Michael Bofshever, Celeste Yarnall, and stunt coordinator Gregory J. Barnett. Michael Snyder also worked opposite Leonard Nimoy in the original Broadway Production of Equus.
