The Vice is an enemy from Final Fantasy IX. The party can find it in the area around Dali, on the King Ed Plains, the Eunorus Plains, in the Zamo Basin, and the Vube Desert on the Mist Continent. The Vice is able to steal an item from the party's inventory. Keep in mind that any items stolen in this way are lost forever, even if the Vice is subsequently defeated (unlike the Vice enemy from Final Fantasy VII). This can be of immense annoyance if valuable and/or unique items are stolen, as the only way to recover these items is to revert to your last save.
