Barakoa (real name: Vuai Shariff) was a Cypherite who served as a crewmember onboard his organization's flagship, The Blue Dreamer. He was one of the only members to have disappeared prior to the disappearance of the liaison known as Viraconrida. Because of this, he was easily eliminated from suspicion.
