A Drech'tor was a high ranking position among the Neyel and were officers within the Neyel Hegemony. They were the rough equivalent of a Captain and were higher then a Subaltern. (TTN novel: The Red King) Like most of the Neyel language, the word is a mutation of an English word, in this case the term Director.
