Upon completing the main quest, he will relocate to Ruoza in South Tyris, where he will offer various benefits to players and pets in exchange for accumulated AP. He will not offer AP services while PC still is doing the main quest. After completing the South main quest, he will again move to Ulm-Leson. Talking to him here, PC can obtain the black gemstone of Wake up of nefia, a dungeon-modifying item that sets the dungeon's NPC level to match that of the dungeon, just like in the Cradle of Chaos.
