Exo-suits are special s pacesuits that are needed for time travel, consising of a protective shirt and a ridged helmet which protects the wearer from the energy generated by the time machine itself. Zindi Bent, the plesiosaur inventor, created the prototype to prove to Governor Bunwinkle that her inventions had been stolen by the criminal Doom-Flipper Gang. However, this prototype was later stolen by General Loki the velociraptor, who used it and Zindi's machine to escape to Earth 65 million years ago. Bunwinkle, a skilled knitter, made replacement exo-suits for Teggs, Arx, Gipsy, and Iggy so that they could give chase.
