Arthur Swenson was a 20-year veteran of the Iowa police force before suffering severe optic damage in a car crash. He then received an eye transplant from the athlete Brick Holmes. After killing a pizza delivery man in sacrifice for the ancient Mayan God Cacao, he could not live with himself and allowed himself to be turned in to the police. He repeats "The Divine God Cacao is born" in ancient Mayan, and later cuts out his own eye. As a result of this, he possibly survived when Dean killed Randa Moreno rather than dying like the other organ recipients.
