Snitch Whistle is the name used in CTW documents to refer to a 5-part segment featuring a purple creature who, in each segment, would "swoosh" into frame behind the window counter at Hooper's Store, taking an apple each time. Upon his return, he'd count the apples and subtract one, providing the difference.
