Muller is your stereotypical, short and fat, bad cop. This man has what can only be described as a Napoleon complex. He knows he is short, but refuses to admit it. He makes up for his lack in height by being mean and trying to act like he is the tallest person in the room. Throughout the story, he has a shady figure that causes suspicion.
