Frank Mula is an American Television Writer and Producer. He has written for Cosby, Madame's Place, Grand, The Simpsons, Madeline, The Adventures of Tintin, Sunday Morning Live, Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory and The Three Stooges. Mula was raised in South River, New Jersey.
