Tampa is a former Free Ranger in Chibi-Robo!: Park Patrol. He is a civilian now that he has been separated from the Free Rangers. He helps a blooming model Chibi-Robo fix the Park through any Park Project you ask him to do with his tank-later-turned-to-a-bulldozer.
