The new Bee-Arr is a UNSC weapon that has been engineered to have no reticule bloom. It is good at collecting headshots and trolling SWAT players by firing with perfect accuracy. It is the main competitor to the M395 Designated Marksman Rifle. Combine this with the Stability upgrade and it has no recoil, making haphazard fire economical! It has been seen in the Arctic and Dunes skins, making it the most customizable weapon in Halo 4 along with the MA5D (coming in Prime and Predator skins).
