The Children of the White Lobe were a group who were enemies of the Green Lantern Corps. The Children were a group of child sized Human appearing bald headed beings who possessed a range of psychokinetic abilities. This allowed them to fly and create devastating psychokinetic attacks which included the ability to detonate themselves creating a blink bomb that was incredibly destructive.
