Bob was a cook working at Emmy's Diner in Raccoon City. After contracting the G-Virus, he turned into a zombie and attacked the diner's owner. Subsequently, he killed and ate a newlywed couple who came into the diner, along with Rosa's mother. Claire Redfield came across him while he was devouring the husband, and he was later put to rest by Leon S. Kennedy.
