Joined United Federation of Planets (Delta) at its formation and swiftly rose to the rank of Ambassador. After weeks of creating many pacts with other Guilds he was given the title of Prime Minister. However, the current leader of UFP was no longer able to continue his role, and the Vice President stepped up and took his place. Helix and three others ran for the position of Vice President and Falks won by just 3 votes. When the President stepped down, Helix stepped forward to fill his place. Falks left UFP when Stonesmith created The Seven Samurai.
