Bermond Tapener was a resident of Port Caynn in the third century of the Human Era. He was a master clerk at Goldsmith's Bank and--probably through their work--knew Dale Rowan. Rebakah Cooper and Clara Goodwin met him on their first night in the Port, when they were out with Dale and Hansevor Remy. He only appears as a minor character in Bloodhound.
