M'rrahr is a black-and-white cat who was assigned to the Cafeteria's kitchen with Agent Gwen. He was written by Hawkelf. He is from the Young Wizards continuum—specifically, the Feline Wizards spin-off. Presumably he is a wizard, since he was sent to the PPC from "his own organization" and can talk when he so chooses. (Wizards are able to use the Speech to communicate with other species.) He enjoys deli meats, especially pastrami, and cheese.
