He was the doorman at the London building where Charles Widmore resided. When Benjamin Linus arrived and proceeded toward the elevator, he questioned him as to where he was going. Ben explained that he was visiting Mr. and Mrs. Kendrick, however, he was skeptical due to the hour of night. Ben offered to wait while he called up to verify the visit, but was unaware of the telescopic baton Ben was concealing behind his back. Ben was eventually allowed to enter without incident.
