Kenny is a minor character in Rush Hour 2. He is an old friend of James Carter. He owns a Chinese restaurant in Crenshaw that sells Chinese Soul Food and is also married to a Chinese woman who he has children with. He is also revealed to be an expert at the Twisting Tiger technique, demonstrated during his fight with Lee. He is portrayed by Don Cheadle.
