As, apart from records about Madara's technique, Kurei had never heard of this particular Mangekyō technique he named it Kamui Mosir as it shared many similarities with his other Mangekyō technique, the Kumai. Kurei can use this technique to not only teleport himself or others but also make himself intangible. By doing so he can let attacks pass right through him and thus possesses a seemingly unbeatable defense. However there is a limit on how long he can remain intangible. While Madara could remain intangible for five minutes, Kurei at his current level can only do so for three and a half minutes. But he has stated that with practice he might be able to increase that time a little more.
