Cindy Turner is a Character in DEXTER. She was the second wife of Ethan Turner. At some unknown point she met Ethan after the death of his first wife and eventually they got married. They were married between one to four years, which ended when Ethan took her on a cruise and pushed her off the boat, killing her. After her death, Miguel Prado tries to preasure the Feds into going after Ethan again for murder. This fails however and Ethan walks free again. Later Dexter Morgan gets justice for Cindy when he kills Ethan with some encouragement from Miguel.
