After Frylock finds out about the sex that's been going on around the neighborhood he decides to do a condom recycling adventure that creates a creature made of used condoms. Meatwad names it Lance Potter and he brings it to life by placing Carl's football lamp on its head. When it comes to life it is very aggressive and a bad influence on Meatwad. Rubberman convinces Meatwad to injure or kill several people (resulting in Carl losing both of his arms). Carl unsuccessfully navigates a hospital's telephone system in an attempt to get help for his severed arms.
