A subsidiary of Sienar Corporation aquired during the Clone Wars after a group of Jedi Knights and Clonetroopers destroyed the factories crippleing the company and leaveing them open to a takeover. Since the Clone Wars the factories have been rebuilt and are used to build a limited number of Haor Chall items and also develops and builds droid items for use by Sienar Corporation along with supplying lubricants that are commonly found in Podracers.
