The sanguine amulet is a monster amulet that can be obtained from a black box from a black market. It is used to temporarily turn a pirate into a vampire. It can be used an unlimited number of times, but decays after five days. It appears in the "miscellaneous" section of the booty panel. It was first released during the 2009 Halloween events, available from the palace shoppe for 5,000 PoE on all oceans.
