The Angbor (meaning Doom-rock), also referred to as the Stone and the Halabor, was the judgment seat of the Moot-ring of Brethil. It was a large, flat stone upon which would sit the Halad during the Men of Brethil's trial sessions, and it sat in the middle of the seat-filled ring. The accused would stand before the Angbor, facing the chieftan and the assembly - as did Húrin during the 301st Folkmoot, before Hardang.
