We first see Clockstopper when he's applying for his hero permit exam, and he demonstrates his power to punch through time to remove people from reality by causing both their grandmothers to spontaneously abort [1] Clockstopper used his powers at a fan's request in an effort to help Spider-Monkey, but the attempt backfired, making Spider-Monkey miserable and the fan irate. Clockstopper fixed the situation by removing the fan from reality.[2]
