Camp Spencer is a camp created by Spencer to cheer up Gibby when he was told that he was too old to go to camp. They slept in a "tent" (which was really just garbage and duct tape) and were originally going to do classic camp activities (making lanyards, playing kickball etc.). However, these plans fell through when Spencer kept on having Gibby help him repair the kitchen counter (by using Gibby as a "day laborer").
