Leslie Holt was a young woman who along with her friend Anne Wallace joined Jimmy Frazer at The Vine for an evening of drinking and frolicking, much to the unease of Jimmy's companion and business associate Alan Howard who had earlier that day vouched for Jimmy's character to Elsie. Alan stayed sober throughout the evening but when a smashed Jimmy dragged the party to a nightclub, Alan unwound and staggered home drunk early the next morning.
