In Christian demonology (Late Medieval- Early Modern European), Gomory (also spelled Gemory, Gamory, Gremory) is a demon with the rank of Duke of Hell, commanding 26 legions of demons. He often appears in the form of a beautiful woman with the crown of a duchess hanging from a band around his/her waist, riding a camel (yes, despite appearances, Gomory is male). Gomory is able to discuss all matters from past, present, future, as well as hidden treasures with his conjurer. He is able to give the conjurer to procure the love of women, primarily maidens. Gomory is 1 of 69 demons listed in the Pseudomonarchia Dæmonum and 1 of 72 listed in the Ars Goetia (the first section of the Lesser Key of Solomon).
