Rashella was a female Aldean who was the last of her species born on Aldea before 2364. She was a part of the leadership of Aldea and was in the same unit as Duana and Radue. Along with Radue, she visited the USS Enterprise-D in 2364 to lead their effort to kidnap the Enterprise's children in an attempt to repopulate their society. She changed the plan on Radue somewhat when she became particularly attached to the youngest child, Alexandra, and refused to turn her over to her unit, the Aldean social group that would be responsible for Alexandra's well-being and education. She also acknowledged, when the true cause of the planet's ills was revealed, the failings of their society's dependence on the Custodian and vowed to relearn what had been forgotten.
