When Noggin relaunched in 2003, Zee was the 2nd mascot along side Moose A. Moose. Zee doesn't Talk, though he blinks loudly. It is not known about his gender, Because Moose tells people He's a guy but with the flower he could be a girl. Moose And Zee were retired on March 1, 2012.
